You can visit our factory in Los Angeles to verify the real LED neon color pallet and chose the right color.

We offer (2) options to our customers.

• Option 1: You can use our online custom text design tool to design your own.
• Option 2: You can also tell us your ideas or email us custom logo files. Our design team will work with you to create your custom LED neon sign.

Once we determine your spec. (such as Layout, Size, Shape, Color, and Design Complexity), we will email you the formal price quote (including shipping costs).

Every inquiry is very unique and we do spend time with every customer to understand their needs. This design and quote process may take a few days.

We only accept all major credit card payments. Your payment is securely processed through a leading US merchant service provider with PCI-compliant systems.
Unlike other online sign brokers who hide their actual office by using a PO box address,
WeWork Rental Office address, or Event Rental Office address,
we are a US based company and have a physical office location in Los Angeles, California.
Your credit card information will not be transmitted overseas.

We require full payment prior to production due to the highly customized nature of the product.
To begin the production, we also require your approval on the final proof.

We only ship to US customers due to a very high risk of shipping errors and damages for international shipments.
For all orders made through our online custom text design tool, we have a flat rate shipping charge. Shipping cost is added at checkout.
Shipping cost for all other orders requested through our EZ quote page vary depending on the size of your sign. Such cost shall be provided in our formal quote.

Yes! Surprisingly, many customers in the Los Angeles area want to pick up. Please feel free to request “will-call”.
Yes! We offer local delivery for the customers in the Los Angeles area. Additional fee applies. We do have a delivery van and a 18ft flat bed trailer to handle any size of your sign.

LED neon sign install is very easy. Simply Plug it and hang it.
If you need help, Yes, we can help!
We are one of the largest professional sign installers in Southern California.
We can install both traditional glass neon and LED flex neon.
Just send us your sign installation project, and our sign installation department will review the plan and provide the estimate.

Unfortunately, customized and personalized products are not eligible for refunds or returns.
We offer returns and refunds for Store products only. Store products are products that are purchased directly through the Shop page on our Website without any customization or personalization.

For all Store Products we offer a return and refund policy with the following conditions:

• All Products must be unopened and in their original condition.
• The return must be within 30 days of a purchase.

Don’t worry! We are located in the US and we can ship any replacement parts quickly. Unlike other oversea online sign brokers, we are able to take care of your requests and solve your problems quickly. You have CONTROL.
If the products arrived damaged, Please contact us within 48 hours in writing including photographic evidence of the damage to the item and associated packaging to verify.
Due to the hand rendered nature of the products, every sign can be subject to variations and slight discolorations. Some variations in color can also occur as a result of the computer screen and printer calibration.
Also, small smudges and glue residues may appear on the LED tube or acrylic background due to the hand crafted manufacturing process. It is not apparent when lit.
These are not considered as a fault of the products and accepts the potential of such occurrence.

Return shipping costs:

• If your Product is defective, we will cover the cost of the return shipping.
• If the Product is not defective and you have simply changed your mind regarding the purchase, return shipping will be at your own cost.

Custom indoor products include a 12 month warranty which covers electrical components when used appropriately (Indoor use only).

Believe or not, we are the only LED flex neon manufacturer in the USA and we ship your order from Los Angeles, CA.
Unless we disclose that the items are coming from overseas, you don’t have to worry about customs duty, import taxes, and any delays due to customs clearance.
Please note that some of our items sold at our Shop are shipped from overseas.
